West Jensen is a queer artist living and working in Pocatello Idaho with his wife and child. He is skilled in a variety of mediums with an intense focus in and interest in functional pottery. His work explores a sense of nostalgia for a time that never really existed. He takes occult and fantasy imagery, mixes them with vivid intense glazes, and a deep appreciation for the beauty of bare clay to make whimsical and functional pottery.
